We delivered the item in full and on time to the shipping address you gave me, but you said you were on vacation and could not pick up the item, which resulted in the item being returned with an additional restocking fee. Before you went on vacation, I told you when the shipment would be delivered and how long it would take to get there, but you didn't let me know in advance that you were on vacation, which resulted in the item going unsigned for at the shipping address. If you had informed me that you were on vacation, we could have rescheduled the shipment. When we learned that the goods could not be signed for, we actively coordinated with the logistics company and the consignee to redeliver the goods, but the consignee still did not match us.
